🏗️ 100m building energy retrofits must happen in Europe alone before 2050 to enable a net zero, energy secure future, and to help lift people everywhere out of fuel poverty.
📉 But building owners (and contractors, installers, and utilities delivering the work) don’t know where to start, or whether insulation is working – so they (over)hire expensive in-person energy surveyors to find out.
⚡ So Kestrix is automating the energy survey. By applying AI to rapid analysis of thermal and RGB images, Kestrix makes heat loss visible at scale – creating the data layer showing where to retrofit and what to do.
🏘️ Kestrix has already mapped 9,000+ homes on behalf of the UK’s largest housing providers like Clarion and Peabody, councils like Islington and Lewisham, and utilities like E.ON and EDF.
💰 We’ve raised £2M in funding from top VCs like Pi Labs and Notion Capital and grant funders like InnovateUK, the European Union, and the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
